If an item does not fit the client

If an item does not fit the client, he has 7 days to formulate a complaint. A complaint can concern a delivery error and / or non-compliance of items with respect to indication on the order form.

Return or exchange of an item

Any exchange or return must be the subject of a request for exchange or return from the section "My Account" from the website (in the orders history by selecting the relevant order or by email to the address: The customer shall return their items only after a prior agreement with ViArtBD Boutique. The address for each return will be communicated by the after-sales service of ViArtBD Boutique. The parcel shall be sent back. In that case, the post fees are taken over by the client. 

Return conditions

To exercise the right of return and exchange, the goods must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.
ViArtBD Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return or an exchange if returned items have obviously been worn, damaged or stained.

The customized products are neither exchangeable nor refundable.


On the website www.viartbd-boutique, it is only possible to exchange an item if the same item in a different size is requested back. If necessary, the returned item will be refunded and the client will have to generate a new order. The shipping fees are taken over by ViArtBD Boutique for the new order.


The client will be refunded within a maximum period of 30 days from the return date of the product or products. The refunded amount corresponds to the price of the return items invoiced according to the order. The client bank account will be credited with the amount of the returned items. In case that only a part of the order is returned, the shipping fees are taken over by the client.

  • If the client paid by credit card, his credit card will be refunded.
  • If the client paid by bank transfer, his bank account will be refunded.
  • If the client paid by impayment slip, he will receive per post a letter with an impayment slip corresponding to his reimbursement approximately two weeks after. 

 Shippment fees

The Shippment fees for return of items are taken over by the client. Any risk associated with returning items are taken by the client. All returns and all complaints beyond the period of 7 days or that are not made according to the prescribed rules will not qualify for exchange of items, because ViArtBD Boutique is released from all responsibilities towards the client.
